    I had the same issue, stumbled across this, DEFENDER2.NET - View topic - Coolant expansion tank cap (IVECO vs. OEM)

    The part no is Iveco 99489567, it works a treat, no leaks now for 6 months.

    put a bit of glad wrap over the tank top then screw the cap on should seal better, I did it to mine until I bought a new cap
