Calling a favour from a Hannibal Roof Rack owner

    Gday

To anyone with a full length Hannibal roof rack on a 110:

Could you please post up dimensions for the gap between the roof and the bottom of the rack

I have finally decided that maybe it's time to hook up the A/C, I have the option of fitting a RedDot condenser to the roof in a built in pod.

The unit is 188mm high x 572mm long

I was thinking of fitting it straight to the roof, so I need to know the distance between the roof and the bottom of the rack, 600mm back from the windscreen

    Many thanks

    Hi Jock
I'Ve got a 90 with a full length Hannibal so I can't see it being any different to a 110. 600mm from the windscreen means your unit will be at the point of the roof where the taper part of the roof levels off. In any case there's only 30mm clearance between rack and roof on the flat part.600mm back from windscreen gives you 60mm clearance.
