Hi All,
I replaced the parker switch on the wiper motor today. It is certainly not necessary to fully remove the entire dash. I took all the bolts out and the centre (where the radio is). This gives just enough "flex" to get hands in to get the job done.

Took 40 mins. This included a coffee....
