Good move. Ours works well.
Not that I’m too concerned with my bonnet going missing in Australia, I replaced my OEM hinges with bolts made of cheese, with these snazzy billet units from the UK, so as to address loose bushes and to allow better alignment of the bonnet after fitting the hydraulic bonnet strut.
They look great as well!

2 days ago I was thinking of getting the stuff to do that. Did you fit a fuse in line near the battery in case the cable chafes and shorts?Quote:
