The trailer socket bracket on the 2008 Puma broke, well really disintegrated, due to rust. I made a replacement from a zinc sheet I had in the shed. Nothing fancy but it'll do the job.

Few jobs done on the D90. Glow plugs changed, traxide dual battery relay, wolfbox rear mirror (fantastic clarity front and rear cameras), Ridge Ryder solar panel.

Get the hardwire kit. Brilliant.
Get the rear camera extension cable for the 130.
I got the 840s, for a little more you can get the 850 but the resolution is perfect for me.
Replaced the rear shock bushes with heavy duty Polly ones after the genuine ones lasted just on a year. They literally fell apart when being replaced.
Fitted TF rear medium coils +2". Had D1 coils in the rear and 25mm spacers but didn't level out with the TF coils I got (for free) in the front so finally sorted.

Washed it....first time in months it hasn't been covered in mud.

Having been to K’gari each year since owning my 2.2 Puma, and having recently crossed a deeper than anticipated beach crossing, thought it time to do a corrosion inspection. Two areas. Windscreen external brackets,…..again, and mild steel structural rail on side of chassis. Removed scale and treated with xtroll Attachment 187038
Hopefully that is all for now,……..
