Check the hoses going from turbo to intercooler and return. If split then power way down..
New to TD5's and chasing what to check first
It's my wife's daily driver therefore I don't do any k's in it....apart from holidays.
Just went away for a few days towing a 1200kg camper and it struggled on slight hills and more so on longer ones, could not maintain 100......my 300 tdi could maintain 100 on the same hills.
Cruised at 100kph on the flat although could probably get to 100 a little quicker.
I have a nanocom....although new to this as well.
Where should I start??
I have checked the wiring loom at the ECU and it all clean and dry.
Oh 2000 model travelled only 62000km
Don't seem to feel any boost/umph when foot is out down.

I/C hoses look good, one was replaced 6 months ago
Nanocom tells me one error logged (1,7) AIR FLOW CIRCUIT, (LOGGED LOW)
Turbo pressure at idle 0.01
Ambient pres 101kPa
Air flow 55g/s
Off for a drive with nanocom connected.....anything in particular I should be looking at??
Turbo pressure only goes to 1.05 kPa foot to the boards going up slight hill in 2nd and 3rd gears which isn't even 1 psi
I assuming turbo pressure is boost.....??
Cleaned MAP, was all gunked up
MAF looked clean but gave it a spray
Wastegate, it moves maybe 15mm...how far does it move??
Checked the wiring harness at injectors and it clean
Disconnected MAF, may have gave me a little better performance but that might only be wishing
No increase in turbo pressure reading
Replaced MAF and em no longer getting the fault.
Disconnect the sensor on the air box with not real change......
Still no turbo pressure on nanocom........it's driving fine around town up to 90km/hr. I must have boost otherwise I wouldn't be going anywhere and would probably have lots of smoke.
Might need to hook the trailer.
