Having just bought a Valeo HD one to go in my 130, I'm hoping the answer isn't AP

When I did mine quite a few years ago now Pat, JC advised to go AP.

It's been fine ever since, well over 100,000km on it.

At the time mine came out due to a broken fork, but I was shocked at the wear on the diaphragm fingers, slipper pad pivots and slipper pads. One slipper pad had gone, worn through entirely. The Valeo plate itself had bugger all wear.

We have never had any issue over the years we have sold the AP, Valeo or H/Duty Valeos, they are well known brands. A lot depends on how the driver drives.
The AP do cost less than the Valeos, so some do buy on price.
    Cheers, Mario

Does anyone know who supplies Genuine clutches?,my original lasted 246K and was replaced by another OEM which has developed a noisy throw out bearing at 503K.I'd like to stay OEM because of the life I've gotten out of them. Pat
