Hi - hoping there is a guru here that can help. I want to run the flame trap exit hose (I think this is 13) to the a T-splitter with the vacuum hoses from each SU carb.

Not sure what size the vacuum hoses are? And any ideas on how to get the bigger hose onto a splitter with smaller hoses? a Bit like this pic:
