    BAS have an unlock patch and as I understand it you don't need a second ECU anymore as you can unlock your existing one, always a chance of bricking your ECU tho ...

    Yes thanks filcar...with all the remote travel I do, I liked the idea of a spare ecu with standard tune as back up.

    Wow. I've heard of all sorts of spares being carried but never a spare ECU.

    I carried TD5 ECU spares for a while..

    Never ever needed it BAS Stage Two 170 over the top of Alive Stage One 150 map
