Thread: D90 Car Seat Anchor Installation

Hi all, I have recently become a first time owner of a 2014 Defender 90 after 18 months of research and persuasion of my lovely wife! We have a gorgeous little 4 month old that we would love to take on our adventures but need to have a car seat anchor installed. I am currently contacting a places that may be able to install two anchor points but was wondering if there were any other D90 owners out there who had navigated this challenge and had a good contact to recommend for South East Queensland.

I am in Brisbane but happy travel within an hour or so if I can get the job done right and if it is certified for safety and insurance.

Any advice would be helpful!

Hi all, unfortunately I didn't get any responses on here but was able to track down a contact off another forum who put me in touch with Auto Extras based in Herston, Brisbane. Mechanic named Mark installed two anchor points and provide a mod certificate for a very reasonable price. Car seat was tested and although I had to buy an extension to the straps we are good to go. I can highly recommend the service and the price!
