    My messy wiring

So I have inherited a mess from the last bloke who owned me fender. I am keen to get it all tidied up. I'm thinking I need something like a distribution block. As can be seen from the pic if my aux battery. There is a stack of power and negative leads on top of each other. I would be interested to know /see how others get around this.
P.s. Auto electrical has been smoke and mirrors for me in the past. But I'm willing to have a crack.

He made no attempt to keep it neat did he, I was in Altronics a couple of weeks ago they had some Busbars with clear covers, have a look on there Web page there might be fuse blocks to suit you to loose all the single ones.

Good thing I'm not too far away Andy

As for OP, Go one of these: about 50 bucks. Easy as. You'd get rid of 90% of that mess with one of these:

Go to GCM on Plain st down from my work. You'll pay the 'I want it now' tax, but should be about 50 clams.
It's made by baintech, Narva make a similar item. You can get them in 6 or 12 circuit options, IIRC, good for 100A total, which should be more than OK for a CB, radio, light bars etc.

We'll Wire the heck outta that truck soon... give me a yell when you know what you want, and I'll get a shopping list together for you
I love spending other people's money

My aux battery has 3 wires to the positive, one to the main battery via a VRS, one 'hot' line to an Anderson plug for solar/air compressor etc, and the third one goes to a bus bar under my centre consol. That then goes via fuse block to switches and then Into the big wide world (at least to wherever said accessory is)

Bus bar etc came from jaycar. Picture is slightly out of date, this was pre second battery. Only difference is ignition switches relay is gone

More mirrors and less smoke is the key from my experience.

Impressive BBD, very neat & tidy. I have recently installed a Mud drawer under my cubby box, I plan to do something like you have in there.
