						SubscriberG'Day All,
My search continues for a 130.
Not sure if i should be posting this here so please correct me if needs be.
Spoke to a bloke by the name of Bruce Purcell this arv re his 96 tdi. He seemed like a genuine sort of guy and new a lot about Landrovers. I really like the look of the truck he has for sale. It has has huge km's, lots of parts replaced, only a little rust in the doors and is well set up for my needs; but i live on the other side of the country! Its going to cost me a few bucks to get over to Perth, not to mention convincing my wife that i need to spend a 5 days getting a 20+ year old car. I don't like to be mistrustful, but you know there are all kinds of scammers out there on the internet etc etc.
Apparently his dad is a Landy buff too.
Can anyone vouch for Bruce? If you want you can pm me your number and i'll call you back.
Thanks all
Col

Yes he may be. I used to use them at their place in West Perth. Good people generally from my experience. Try asking him if he's a rellie. I know one was named Chris who when they closed I think he went off to the mines somewhere.
Good luck and be very careful of a vehicle that age you haven't seen or had an expert run his eyes over it..
