I'm not really familiar with different set ups for gutter mounts for roof racks / baskets.

I'm looking to put a single bar on the 130 to clear my red dot air con to hold one end of a 35kg canoe ... needs to around 45cms above the gutter.

Do these suit? I thought I might be able to use 2 of these as a base and then fabricate the cross bar with some additional tabs to get the extra height.

Neither will quite give me the height needed, but would they fit the defender gutters?
