Hey guys,
ive got a 94 200tdi defender 110 and my LT77 box has had it and instead of replacing it I want to fit a R380 box to it.


What I need to know is who has done this and what exactly you do and do not need for the swap. I've had a sticky nose through here and other forum sites but there are mixed opinions to what you need.


Ill be fitting a HD fork, new slave cylinder and clutch kit at the same time.


I have a R380 box here ready to go it came out of a 2000 D2 v8
