If I did mine in that location, as Dorian suggested, tap into the power bus on the fuse panel. You could either source a new fusible link like what is there (to look almost 100% factory), or put a ring terminal to tap off the bolt lug on the side of the block. Earth it as you see fit. 
If you add another 50A fuse to the vacant sections pictured, you should be OK. The cable feed for this fuse block is something like 25mm2, so heaps of current capacity for an extra 50A for a few minutes.
