I've had full tint on previous cars and I don't think the heat reduction is enough for me to choose that over scratch resistance, especially in the back, and since the defender windows are near vertical the uv benefits aren't on my priority list either. I've got a dog in the back so am constantly cleaning the rear windows and extra care need to be taken with film. I often have the back full of hard cases and soft bags with my work stuff and the soft bags always find themselves working their way up against the windows and in the past zippers etc have scratched and scuffed the film. I mainly want dark glass so it's not as noticeable I have a boot load of stuff in there.

I was just sticking up for the privacy glass. As privacy glass it's excellent and worth the money.

And I'm not unhappy with the film on the other windows, but you can notice the difference. Especially when you put your face right up against it and nit pick for perfection. And I will admit to being guilty of that on occasion

It's the same on mine. I actually thought it was tinting but it's good to know that it's actually dark glass. Having bought the black pack on my 110 it seems a bit silly worrying about heat given the roof is painted black...
