Thread: defender/county differences????

I have a county wagon rear tub to fit to a defender 300tdi chassis. I am grafting it on to the back of a 130 dual cab body. My question is whether the steel sill section that runs up behind the rear door is the same between county and defender? My defender rear door striker is of a different type than the one that came on the county tub. Will the county striker work with the defender door latch?

Striker and door latch must match, otherwise there should be no differences other than perhaps holes in a different place.
