Thread: Replacement 200Tdi Bypass Hose (Small)

In my quest in getting my 110 up & running after a 3 1/2 yr park-up, I've been busy fixing the little things.

One of those was to replace all the water hoses & clamps. Found out, there is 1 which is not reproduced. Thermostat by-pass hose (small).

Found a replacement at Repco..... Holden Commodore VN 5 ltr Heater Hose. Cut to suit though leave it a bit longer than original. Fits right on

Side note. MK Performance in Britain make a silicone one as well.

I replaced that one not long ago and its weeping again because I reused the old hose clamps, doh!
