What do folks think about front mud guards on a puma. Do they stop much in the way of mud/rocks etc? Is it worth the $$ to buy them. Of course they look cool!!
Front mud flaps (I don't have them) would reduce the stone damage to the rear flares. But probably only an issue if ding a lot of driving on gravel.

SubscriberI have front Mudflaps and swear by them, they catch mud, sand and reduce the amount of rocks that get thrown up into the under carige.I tore one off at Fraser Island and could not believe the difference between the side with the mudflap compared to side without. I now have chains behind to them to prevent them from being torn off. They seem to tear when you are reversing in deep mud and sand and they get drawn under the tyre and tear off. Chains stop them from reaching the tyre.
