Thread: Disco Dickie seats in the Defender

Stumbled across these brackets today, allow you to fit side facing dickies in the defender. Looks tidy, and allows up to four in the back!

I remember my Dad taking 9 of us kids in his 110 with rear bench seats. 3 in the mid row, 6 in the back! Not sure you could get away with that these days. Were side facing seats in place right up to 2007/Puma?

Also, another reason for posting this, I'm trying to give away some grey D1 dickie seats if anyone is interested.

Unless the ADRs have changed since 2014 then you can get away with side facing in the later 110s. However you will need to get it signed off and it may alter your registration away from commercial which may then require child seat anchor points.

Daniel (Mulgo) fitted 2 x 2 person benches to my MY13 110, and very happy with them, great for when the kids bring friends along. I brought the benches out from the UK along with the lap belts.
