    200tdi lt77 upgrade fork ideas

Hi guys seems like ive got a clutch failure or fork failure. Any ideas if you can get a solid fork not a pressed one for lt77? Are forks the same for lt77 and r380? I know the td5 used an r380 gearbox. The forks used in td5 are solid!does anyone know if it would fit into lt77 as an upgrade?

I just put a new clutch kit in mine today. I welded a strap across the back of the lever so it wont be punching out anytime soon.
Gearbox in so no pic but a simple job. about 40mm long by 30 wide just touching the bump of the pivot point.

R380 forks are pressed crap Yes weld a strap on the back which only prolongs the inevitable
I once owned a RRC that had a cast clutch fork a far superior idea

TR7 forks are the same as the 200tdi but a lot stronger ones

My Local Land Rover / Triumph garage always uses TR7 ones when redoing a clutch on a Defender.
