The worst part would be changing the bulkhead/firewall.
That'd be a PITA.

You don’t need to change the bulkhead. It is not a big job.
I can’t see the point. I have one of each and it makes no difference when driving other than there is more space on the right side.
Fair enough, I thought they were different
I remember many years ago, researching what was needed on an 81 RRC to swap LHD to RHD.
it was pretty simple but what many don't realise is that you cannot just swap over the axle ends as the castor and camber are right out.
You have to buy specific LHD axle ends .
AFAIR , the steering rods etc were the same as was the steering box. ( not sure of that bit). I think the column was also OK.
I recall about 10 years ago we had a thread from an Indian bloke who just swapped over the axle ends and ended up with horrific camber and castor.

You need a steering box and hoses. You might need a swivel housing (some have arms for both sides) and a heater.
The dash parts are the biggest pain. They are not available so you need to find them from a wreck.
Pull the dash. Swap controls. Swap/install axle and steering bits. Install left hand drive dash.
