Removing the gear shift knob and handbrake grip

Hi All, I have a startech gear shift knob, low range and handbrake grip... I'm stuck on how to remove each item without damaging them.

What trans are you referring to? The knobs on the LT85 in my County just screw off. They are metric threads. Maybe 10 x 1.5 and 12 x 1.5. I replaced the LR knobs with heavy brass door knobs from the local liquidation shop.
