    Heater fan not working

    An ideas guys. Seems fuses are all good however no fan working at all. Where do i start

    98 tdi. Chrcked at plug and there is 12 volts coming from cabin. Hmm is there a resistor there inside heater

    Take the plastic intake off the heater, turn the fan on and help it to spin with your hand. It's probably just gummed up. Spray a bit of WD40 if you like; not too much. Once it's freed up it should be good to go again.

    Yes i was going to rely to the heater fan dpin by hand but its seized solid! Might need a new motor. At leas pull the heater assembly out and check replace motor unfortunatley
