    I did the same to mine . Quite easy & it works well .

    likewise i had Lokka (on here) make a squared off battery box. not as deep as DeeJay's. Fits the 330mm long battery factory issue Varta battery and a 300mm (N70) long aux battery in the same orientation as Dee Jay's. 2 x N70's would be an easy fit. I've never bottomed out the battery so its not a hang up risk.
