Thread: Anyone got a non aircon td5?

Hey mate I deleted mine as it was useless and just taking up engine bay room.

Literally you just get an idle pulley that replaces the aircon on the belt path and then a new non-aircon belt (it's a little shorter) that's it takes all of 15min to do.

I might be able to get a photo tonight if I remember.

You will get rid of it in winter and want it in summer.

If you just think it's useless why not just replace the underdash unit with a proper mini-bus or back-wall unit? Use the factory compressor etc and will work great.

Mine had no aircon and I installed a minibus aircon over the back seats. Works amazing but would have been easier and cheaper if it had the compressor and accessories from the start
