Can 3rd row seats be sold?

Hi, i have 2 third row seats that i have removed from my defender. Can they be sold or are they 2-a-penny?

Supply and demand I guess. If someone is looking for some you have a market, so yes you can sell them :-)

Thanks, I'm about to move house and have a habit of holding on to things for no reason. What is the likelihood they would sell? Have people bought 3rd row seats? Is it a common thing? Have seats sold previously? Any price guide?

From a 2012. Happy to let them go pretty cheap but i guess transport will be the issue? They are heavy as.

You see em now and then for a decent amount - 1.5k plus for the two if memory serves me correctly

How quickly they sell at that point might be another question but they're absolutely still in demand

Keep in mind. If you permanently remove them you are required to have the vehicle capacity reclassified at the local government agency.

I didn't know about that reclassifying our 2010 110 when I removed and sold them. What difference does it make anyway?

If not reclassified as per Tombie but removed "temporarily" they will be required for a RWC when selling the car at a later date.
