    Sealant for fitting gullwing windows? Wait time.

    I've just received my gullwings yesterday. Ordered them on 23rd February. Five months all up.

    CSW are very good to deal with and the windows themselves are very solid. Very good quality.

    Now to fit them. What sealant should I be using?? [Preferably one I can get from Bunnings]

    Just don’t try and get them off again afterwards!

    Heres my link if you havent seen it CSW Gullwing into 2015 Puma Defender

    Dont use an adhesive, use a flexible silicone.
    I cant remember what I used, but usually I trust Sikaflex.

    Well... after receiving my 2x CSW Gullwings about 6>8mths ago, I've finally gotten around to install them myself... I was a bit concerned with all that I've read but after talking to Lucas from CSW, he gave me a few tips, so I thought I'd give it a go in removing and installing. RHS was easier but the LHS was glued in pretty well and ended up with a couple of small marks from removal, but nothing too much to worry about... Happy with the end result
