after some more tuning and testing this conversion just gets better,it is smooth with lots of torque fuel figures at the moment are around 9 to 10 litres per hundred

Where about are these conversions been done? I'd be interested in looking at something like this when it eventually comes time to rebuild the Td5. (maybe just happen to slot a tdv8 in [thumbsupbig])

D3 manual was a ZF GS6x53DZ. Same manual as found in the BMW M57 330d & 530d manual. Different bellhousing and the rear casing would need a custom adaptor if you wanted the keep the LT230. No idea if the rear case is the same as the BMW version. if yes, there are adaptors for the LT230.Quote:
