    Defender TD5 Silicone Coolant hoses

    Hi, looking for a source of silicone coolant hose for the TD5 Defender? I have been able to source the two rear heater hoses and top hose from Paddocks, but cant seem to be able to locate the "Block to thermostat to coolant reservoir" one? Does anyone make one? cheers

    It’s been awhile between posts.

    I cannot help ya but following with interest as I now have a TD5.

    Don’t for the little hose under the exhaust manifold.

    Hopefully somebody will pop in with the answers.

    I was looking at this set from Roose https://roosemotorsport.co.uk/land-r...2005-2007.html
    but would also have to change my fuel cooler to the later version for the hoses to fit as I have 2003 (15P).

    Ended just fitting silicone top hose and replacing some of the others with standard hoses.

    Be a little careful with Roose, there's a few reports of the fit not being great.

    I used Pioneer for the top hose (fit a little average) and Samco for the oil cooler outlet and expansion tank blanking caps.
    All others are genuine as it's the top hose that only gives trouble thanks to the vulcanising.of the various joints.
