From what I gathered, the factory HD option upgrades the GVM from 3050kg to 3500kg. This consists of the HD (Wolf) wheels, HD (130) springs up front and the addition of the 130 helper springs in the rear (if its a 5 seater, the 7 seater has softer springs in the rear).
That bit is easy. However, the problem is that apparently there are some extra stiffeners added to the chassis. I couldn’t find any information on these.
I never went any further with it as I didn’t want to get any heavier, just wanted a bit more overhead. I already had HD springs in the front and airbags in the rear, so the suspension part was essentially done. I’d like to go the Wolf wheels as well, just because I like them, but these will add extra weight which defeats the purpose.
I’m going to ask the obvious question, can you lose 30kg?

Granted it was over 7 years ago, i had my GVM upgraded to 3500kg (TD5 110) by changing my coils to a higher rate and matching shocks. I was running D1 alloys at the time. No mention of chassis stiffeners or thicker gauge chassis rails (i think that is actually a wives tale because of all the posts i've read on the topic, its been keyboard speculation but i've read nothing concrete from someone in the actual know (that is LR engineering). Can't speak for current practices on GVM upgrades. Engineering has tightened up a bit in the past 5 years. I doubt I would get my 130 engineered now days, 5 years ago not so hard.
