Hi All,

My Alpine head unit (not sure of model but comes standard with 2014 Puma) has started to make a rapid beeping noise – not dissimilar to morse code but flatter in pitch (no dot-dash) so constant dash dash dash. Only happens on Bluetooth. I can still take calls via Bluetooth.

I have a new phone (Samsung S21+) which is a week old. It worked perfectly with the unit until now. I also never had the problem with my old phone (Sony Experia) which I had for 5 years or so. I thought it could be phone interference or feedback through a mic but begs the questions why has it just started and the noise isnt constant and increasing in pitch and volume.

I'll keep looking through the phone menu options to see if I have accidentally changed any settings.

Anyone come across this before?
