    Defender 110 gear knob crumble

    Hi all,
My first post... My 2012 defender 110; the gear knob has disintegrated and so I need to find a replacement. It's a six gear knob with Reverse to the left. Where is the best place to get a replacement?
    Thanks in advance.

Something in the legal regs states it has to be marked either there on in the panel in front.

The knobs are integrated which is a pita

Common problem... I had the same but just got all the bits together and clued them back in place on the knob and wrapped tape around it until it cued. Then removed the tape and all has been good to this point...

MY10 did the same, i think i bought a replacement from ebay or a UK supplier like Paddocks Spares, can't recall. wasn't cheap but short of making a resin injection device and a laser to etch the gears into it, you are s... out of luck. the unique plastic clip retention it uses is not something you will find in an automotive store. You can buy fancy aluminium polished versions from the UK but they make the OEM replacement look dirt cheap.
