Yes for sure the BFG in the KM3 is a way quieter tyre than the old KM2. I had them on the Perentie but as they got to about 2/3 or maybe half wear the road noise has increased considerably. As pretty well all my 4wdriving now is sand I've just put on the Yokohama GEO 15 LT and have to say they are awesome, so quiet so smooth which are odd words to use when talking about a Perentie.

The Yokohama is made in Thailand so I have no doubt about the high quality of the tyre.
