    Another tyre question sorry

I’ve done a search on this but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for. I currently have a set of bfg km2 235/85r16s mounted to the factory 5.5” steelies on my 110. I’m happy with this size but they rub on full lock. So I’d like to get a set of dynamic, or similar, Sunraysia style rims in a 16x7 to fill out the guards a bit more. I’d like the tyres to sit just inside the guards. I’ve spoken to a lad over in Austria who has achieved this with 16x7 +8 rims and they look great. I can’t find this offset over here. Would a 0 offset work or will they protrude past the flares? Does anyone have a similar tyre/wheel combination and have any photos they could share? Tia

0 offset will be pretty much right on the edge of the guard. Perfect offset without buying different flares. You will get more water/dirt and mud flicked up though.

7"mags with 265/70-16 tyres. Zu mags are +11mm offset, they fit inside the guards and have never rubbed

I've seen fellas run the 0 offset rims and be able to run the 285/75/16 tyres legally. They didn't protrude for the flares at all but right on the edge...

Thanks guys. I’m tossing up between dynamic 16x7 +20 or king 16x7 0 offset. Think I’ll go the kings.

0 offset is worth it just based on the better turning circle, it makes it way better. You should get different wheel nuts for the kings though as they have a different taper. Some people just use the stock whee nuts though.
