Hi team

I installed a Frontrunner wheel carrier on my 300Tdi a couple of months ago. The thing just does not seem right. It squeaks and thumps as you drive even on relatively smooth roads. It feels like something is going to break at any moment. Even with the wheel removed it seems there is way too much movement.

Does anybody else have a similar experience and how did you rectify this? I have written to Frontrunner and attached photos of the install (per the instructions) which they say looks like it is installed correctly.

Any thoughts?
