Thread: 1993 Defender 110 with 200 TDi

Hello All,

Is the front windscreen rubber on the Defender 110 made in January 1993 a one-piece seal?

Or is it one of those inner and outer arrangements? I found online Part Number: CPE500020 Seal Windscreen Rubber Defender which has a photo that shows a just a single seal. There is no mention as to whether the part is an inner, or an outer, or if one seal does the job. I have never needed to change a Defender windscreen before.

Here are some details from a couple of other sites... Windscreen rubber glazing seal part number CPE500020. This is used on 90 110 and 130 models of the Land Rover Defender.

This product supersedes to: LR056278 ... A quality replacement part, equivalent to Land Rover Part number: CPE500020 also supersedes MUC3733 and CPE500010

Suitable for the following models:
Land Rover: Defender, All models
