    td5 intercooler upgrade information

Has anyone managed to fit a full size aftermarket intercooler to an early td5 with non-factory aircon and a flat nose front by rerouting only bottom pipework as shown?

I was beginning to think the same. Probably use a PWR standard size upgraded core.

Order it direct from them if you do. I bought my son a PWR rad for his P'troll through a mob that is supposed to get you bits wherever you are and it was five months before it arrived, after much toing and froing and raised voices.

Thanks for the warning. I did happen to find the product considerably cheaper elsewhere but lots of recent negative feedback concerned me. Many experiencing similar to what you describe. Sounded to good to be true!

    Cheers, Peter
