I saw this when I researched carrying an extra spare for disco.
economical at $149.
I have no idea how well they work. The wheel would certainly need to be ratchet down quite tightly.

Yep, was thinking that as a fall back option. I've seen stand up brackets in the back of Euro SUV's. I will have the rear seats folded, and likely will remove one permanently. Cheers and thanks for the idea

Thanks for the tip & agree on need to ratchet down well - it looks good - will let you know if I go ahead.
