you need to ask the dyno operator if the figures are corrected.   the machine reads wheel NM and the software, if corrected, applies a driveline loss calculation.  the % of driveline loss is a variable the operator can change.  different dynos brands give large variances.  long and short, only a before and after reading on the same engine, on the same dyno, with same parameters is directly comparable.
