I've done it. I just removed the frame from the vehicle, took to glazier, who cut a piece of tempered glass to suit. In my case one of the glass panels had shattered, and this was the easiest solution at the time.

towe0609 and what seal/rubber/whatever did you use to fit the glass into the frame?

Too long ago sorry - I can't remember. Probably the original seals. Mine was not very old at the time. I'll try to remember to have a closer look at it

If you are looking to replace the original bailey channel seal with a better one on the rear sliding window, I can get a part number for you. It doesn't rattle at all, the original was junk from new.

If you are modifying it I can't help.

I'd appreciate the part number anyway as I may yet just replace what I have. Ta
