LR don't appear to offer the switch as a separate item, only the whole control assembly

You will probably have to go aftermarket to get the switch only.

sorry, but your post made no sense to me. you after the fan speed resistor switch incorporated into the fan box or the dash controls in the link that POD listed?

I assume you are not looking for the condenser fan switch which is part of the AC system.

Thanks POD but they do (or they used to), the part doesn’t come up on the diagrams but put the part number into the system and it comes up with the fan speed switch on its own.

Last time I asked if anyone had managed to source an aftermarket fit and someone here gave me the part number and now I can’t find it…

I am after the controls on the dash but prefer not to buy the whole lot as the fan switch on its own used to be available.

It doesn’t show up on any diagrams in the system but once you have the part number it comes up.

Someone here gave it to me last time I had an issue with it but now I can’t find the post…

I was Hugh 42732, I have searched my old name as well and can’t find it, I remember it got moved as it had been discussed previously but

A search for the old username (without the space) brought up 5 threads, none of which were relevant. A search for 'AC fan speed switch for 09 Defender' brought up this thread which wasn't much help! sorry.
