Passenger side seat heater on 2015 Puma not working, light comes on.

hi brains trust, I have a 2015 Puma with factory fitted heat seaters. They both worked fine a few months ago, I used them the other day, and the light comes on on the switch on the dash when you turn them on, and the drivers seat warms up, but not the passenger one.

I checked fuses (there dont' seem to be a single fuse for the seats, they seem to go through one of the relays) under the drivers seat.

All the wiring looks fine when I remove the seat base, etc.

Anything else I can check, before I take to an auto electrician ?

    cheers, Simon

I'm not familiar with the specifics of the OEM seat heaters (soon I'll be installing some aftermarket ones to my 130) but a standard part of troubleshooting would be to use either a multimeter or a test lamp to check for power at the harness connectors, working your way back from the connector that (presumably) unplugs to remove the seat base. If you've got power at the seat but no heat, you have a faulty heater. If no power there, check for power at the fuse, check for power at the relay, figure out where the problem lies.

If there is power there, unplug and check resistence of heater compared with other one.
