I have another 92 200TDI Disco here for a spare that drives well but the tinting is buggered. Dark tint peeling. The plastic comes off but not the rest. While waiting for your reply perhaps someone has ideas how to remove it.

I use cloudy ammonia to get the residual sticky stuff off.
