110 Puma 110 Wagon Wheel Alignment Figures - (Castor mainly)

    Guys...

I've got a 2010 Defender 110 Tdci Puma and I'm wondering what castor angles people have on their Pumas... Mine has a 2>2.5" lift and I'm just curious as to what others wheel alignment figures are with a similar lift - castor angle mainly

    thanks in advance

I guess you're wondering why it now requires constant vigilance to keep it driving in a straight line? Given that the length of the radius arm is approx 32" (pivot point of bush to centre of axle), a 2" lift will cost you 3.5 degrees of caster which will bring it to about zero or slightly less (I believe the factory spec is 3 degrees) and it will track like a shopping trolley. Best corrected by rotating the swivel housings backwards, for which you need a milling machine and rotary table. There are other halfarsed ways of clawing back some caster but they will further stuff your front UJ angles.
