    While I think its cool. the cost like a lot of these Defender refurbs prolly floats somewhere north of $150K

    It sounds as if everything was replaced except for the air that was in the tyres.

    1973 Series III LWB 1983 - 2006
    1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.

    I think even the air in the tyres has been attended to. The entire cost must have been more than a new vehicle. I suppose as a promotional thing for his business, it will draw in some of the well heeled.
