I spotted you on the Monash somewhere about Narre Warren heading east
I was driving a burgandy D1with all the fruit heading west ;)

Yep that was me! I noticed a couple Disco's out and about but because it was the first real test drive I was intensely focused on correcting the wandering steering, listening out for 'weird noises' (lots of those) and also keeping an eye on the vital statistics (EGT, temp, boost etc).
I did catch a land rover wave from a white defender yesterday when doing a short tune up run.. that made my day!
Very, very nice manic:BigThumb:. Looking forward to the details of the "operation".
Satin Black Zu Rims. The only things I didn't like about my wheels are the chrome wheel nuts and the white sidewall text on show. All blacked out would have been better.. but not too bothered any more.
If you have standard land rover steels on then prepare yourself for a transformation! Post a before and after pic.
Here's a pic of mine before the Zu's (Italy 2009):

Sensational looking resto job, Manic - motivates me to do the same! What have you done with the lights and grill?
cheers gerald
I've put up a thread for it in members rides.

I'll post up the lights and grill in that thread when I get a chance to add a photo.
Thanks for the response. I have been following your 90 on the threads with interest. Especially aware about accessories being difficult! I know Barbagello sold two Nara Bronze 110's including mine, and I have seen 3 for sale by Southern land Rover (also in Perth). As far as I know, the UK did not get the Station Wagon version this time, only the Utilities.
I took "James" along some sand tracks yesterday up to Guilderton Lighthouse for sunset. Pics attached to show off the Nara Bronze.
