Hey Louis, how have you prevented your rear Portside mudflap from melting away, dunno how new yours is, but my 2010 90 , melts away after 10000kms from a new rear mudflap??
Just curious to find a remedy, not a problem just looks a bit crapp

Yeah that's what happens I've seen it on a few others too. I do a lot of long drives in mine and the hours of highway driving seem to melt it quicker than short trips.
LR actually were replacing mine for free when they serviced the vehicle at 20000 kms, so it obviously a design floor.

    Loneranger,

have you fitted a set of Fyrlyts AND a lightbar? Talk about redundancy! :P I find my FYRLYTS to be excellent and provide more than enough illumination.

Awesome set up though, very good looking bar!

    Afraid of the dark...

The light bar was a lot easier to wire up than the fyrlyts!

When I was discussing with Murray the look of the bullbar he said the loops were lower to allow the fitment of a light bar keeping it below the level of the bonnet. The additional cost to make the loops higher for labour was the same as the lightbar so I put that on instead.

But yes it is a wall of light when they're all turned on ,
