I've also removed my rear view mirror, as the canopy is permanently there and its a good spot of my hema

I was sent a few pics from Finke (Desert Race) this year. We went all the way down to Finke as support crew for one of the riders and had a blast

Creeping through the scrub looking for suitable bits of mulga to push over for firewood ...

The first nights sunset. Saturday, windy as heck during the day (as it tends to be down there) but the wind died down, we got camp set up and were treated to a sensational sunset



Had I known the picture was being taken I might've even moved the shovel!

... and I'm struggling to think of the last time I saw one in that colour too? Looks great though!

It's actually almost exactly the same colour as my suzuki grand vitara that the defender is replacing. There's a 110 extreme just around the corner from me in the same colour as well, but red roof. Unfortunately i don't think that one has moved in months
