    Is it the actual door that is hitting or the mirror arm? If it's the mirror arm just fold it back by one click.

    It's the mirror arm. On my car you can't fold it back a click. It only has two positions, retracted or extended. You make small adjustments by turning the mirror itself

    Maybe putting some washers to shorten the bump stop so the door wont open so far ??
